The clown visits have an important impact on the psychosocial wellbeing and the recovery process of the children. However, too often clowns are perceived as mere animators and their help is not considered serious enough. With this campaign we wanted to change that perception and show that the presence of clowns brings in joy reducing anxiety or fear and diverting the focus away from the medical procedure.
