The Youngest CEO

Child labor still remains a serious problem worldwide. Despite laws against it, UNICEF reports that 160 million children are engaged in child labor globally. But in today’s work world, CEOs’ voices dominate while child laborers remain silent. This is evident on LinkedIn, where CEOs share stories from their daily work lives, gaining attention and engagement. So while people listen to CEO’s, some voices in the working field are not heard.

Introducing “The Youngest CEO”, a bold UNICEF campaign initiative that flips the narrative on child labor from the perspective as a child. The goal is to raise public awareness and spark discussions about the harsh realities and ethical implications of child labor.

“The Youngest CEO” is a campaign that hijacks LinkedIn to showcase an AI-generated child laborer as a CEO. It presents a full company backstory and profile to highlight the harsh realities of child labor alongside typical executive content. This fictional CEO represents the company “Rofbojaton Dlihca,” which, when read backward, spells out #notajobforachild – a clear message against child labor. The campaign extended with OOH displays, letters to lawmakers, and job listings, sparking discussions on child exploitation.
