HUNGARY is in the bottom 10% with respect to gender equality in the European Union. TELENOR is the country’s 2nd largest telco. Its CORPORATE STRATEGY for 2016 is “empowering women with the help of technology.” Emojis are a mobile communication tool used by girls and young females 24/7. Telenor believes the images we are showing to girls about themselves can either limit them, like the standard emoji set, or empower them. The answer to this was the See MySelf keyboard.
