As the European Green Capital of 2021, the City of Lahti wanted to create inspirational and accessible communications about sustainability. They took complicated topics like climate change, urban sustainability, circular economy and the importance of urban nature, and turned them into a series of installations and experiences on the city’s streets, ice hockey games, bars and parks. The experiences engaged audiences locally and turned out to be global PR hits.
