Declared Intangible Heritage of Humanity by UNESCO, the “Fallas” have been, for hundreds of years, the great festival of Valencia, marked by fire and pyrotechnics. The festival culminates on March 19, when the fire reduces all the sculptures to ashes as a symbol of purification and social renewal to welcome spring.rnAfter two editions marked by the pandemic, the Fallas return to their usual format.
