Fireworks

While most countries celebrate New Year’s Eve with fireworks lighting up the night, for the residents of Gaza and Ukraine, there are few reasons to celebrate. Since these regions share the same time zone, the arrival of the New Year provided an opportunity to shed new light on this tragedy. This is exactly what we did with a single post published on Amnesty International Portugal’s social media at the time the New Year reached these war zones (10 PM in Portugal).
