In Switzerland 4.3% of the population are confronted with a cancer diagnosis. For 2 out of 3 of those affected, cancer leads to a change in the sense of taste – eating becomes a nightmare and trough this, it causes additional suffering (social isolation). With “RECIPES rewritten” we wanted to draw attention to the issue in a creative experiment. We asked three famous chefs to adapt their signature recipes to the taste-changes of cancer patients.
