The Condo T-Shirts

For the first time ever, Diesel dives into real estate by building the Diesel Wynwood Condominium. To this end, Condo T-Shirts were made: 143 one-of-a-kind t-shirts, one for each of the apartments of the Diesel Wynwood Condominium. The t-shirts sold at exorbitant prices. T-shirt “D6-L7”, for example, cost $1,049,000 and T-shirt “F2-L7” came with a price tag of $5,500,000. It may seem a lot, but by buying one of these t-shirts, the owner got the correspondent apartment…for free.
