Make-up is a form of self-expression, but standing out from the majority is not widely accepted in Russia. The beauty industry only supports conservative stereotypes established in society. Vivienne Sabó became the first beauty brand activist in Russia to challenge outdated conventional views. Inspired by the drag queen culture, Vivienne Sabó created a video manifesto about freedom of self-expression. The campaign went viral and ignited a huge discussion in society.
